How Quickdose handles delivery areas, timing, fees, processing, failed deliveries, and age-verification handovers.

1. Delivery areas

  • We currently offer same-day delivery exclusively within Rustenburg, South Africa.
  • Rustenburg orders join the next daily dispatch at 9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, or 6 PM. Orders placed at or after 6 PM join tomorrow's 9 AM dispatch.
  • Nationwide orders outside Rustenburg use door-to-door courier shipping through The Courier Guy.

2. Delivery times

  • Rustenburg orders are typically delivered within 45 minutes to 2 hours after dispatch, depending on location, traffic, and order volume.
  • Rustenburg same-day dispatch closes at 6 PM. Orders placed at or after 6 PM move to the next Rustenburg dispatch day.
  • Nationwide courier orders use door-to-door shipping and do not use the Rustenburg same-day timing.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, courier routing, or high demand.

3. Delivery fees

  • Same-Day Delivery — Rustenburg Only: Free scheduled delivery in Rustenburg. Daily dispatches run at 9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, and 6 PM; orders at or after 6 PM join tomorrow's 9 AM dispatch. FREE.
  • Nationwide Delivery — Door-to-Door Courier: Reliable door-to-door courier shipping for addresses outside Rustenburg. Delivery fee: R90. ZAR 90.00.
  • If checkout shows the wrong delivery option, confirm your city, suburb, and province before completing payment.

4. Order processing

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin preparing it immediately.
  • You will receive a confirmation message with estimated delivery timing via WhatsApp or SMS where applicable.

5. Delivery requirements

  • You or an authorized person must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • A valid ID may be requested upon delivery to verify age, especially for age-restricted products.

6. Failed deliveries

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, the order may be returned to our facility.
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

7. Shipping restrictions

  • We deliver in Rustenburg directly and support South African nationwide courier delivery outside Rustenburg.
  • Certain products may be subject to legal or regulatory shipping restrictions.
